PETE BRONKIE | Captain
Captain Pete Bronkie has salt water flowing through his veins. He was born in Camden, Maine and spent every summer of his life at his grandmothers beach house on the Long Island Sound. He’s been boating since he was in diapers. When he was 20 Pete was very fortunate to join the Gallant Lady Fleet at the start of his career where he chartered heavily through his time there. This well respected industry name set the tone for his standard in excellence and attention to detail. Pete was one of 45 crew selected to deliver Gallant Lady’s 160’ Delta from Seattle to Ft Lauderdale where they encountered 35 foot seas throughout their voyage. Safety is a priority for him. With over 25 years of experience running a wide range of yachts, Pete can show you some incredible spots from Italy to the Caribbean. Along with Pete’s passion for yachting, he is a father of 2 boys, an avid golfer, loves to sing and play the piano and most of all entertain!

ELODIE DAVIS | Chief Stew
Having grown up in the mountains of New England, Elodie’s love for the outdoors has always been strong. Her summers were spent sailing the ridged Maine coastline and winters skiing the White Mountains. As a dual citizen both American and Canadian, she decided to study a double major in Criminology and Sociology in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Shortly after graduating her BA, she came to a decision to join yachting and follow her love of traveling the world and working on the ocean. Elodie’s positive, upbeat and caring attitude creates a fun-loving presence among crew and guests. Elodie enjoys, surfing, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving, yoga and just about any sport under the sun. Above all, she loves to entertain and will ensure your holiday to be everything you could imagine and more.

STEPHANIE DILALLO | 2ND Stew
Raised from the sticks of Western New York, Stephanie has spent her life growing up outdoors. During the long cold winters, you could find her skiing, ice skating, playing ice hockey and racing snowmobiles in sno-cross. Steph had always enjoyed the outdoors and loves to lead a healthy active lifestyle. She enjoys running, hiking, scuba diving, and long boarding. Knowing she wanted to live in a place where summer was year round, Steph moved to Northern Florida as soon as she graduated high school. From there Steph started bartending at beach resorts, where she fell in love with hospitality. Steph then joined the yachting industry to chase her passion for the ocean. She is passionate about her job, loves to meet new people, and is grateful for the adventure it brings. Her professionalism and fun personality provides top notch service for guests. She is looking forward to aiding in an unforgettable experience for any guest that comes onboard Sugaray.

BRYAN ANDRADE | Mate
Bryan was born in North Plainfield, New Jersey, and in his teens moved to N. Carolina. As a youngster he was involved in wrestling which he enjoyed for 7 years and that’s where he found his love for martial arts. Once he completed school he worked as an Athletic Trainer Assistant for 2 years and shortly after that he shifted into a completely different career as an audiovisual technician installing high-end equipment onboard luxury yachts. After a few projects as a technician on a new build Heesen and a few Trinity yachts, he made the jump aboard as yacht crew. 7 years later he has grown into a successful Bosun with the aspiration of becoming a Captain in the future. The first yacht he worked on was based in the Caribbean for 3 years. Some of Bryan’s yachting history includes having worked aboard 145’ Feadship “Como”, 145’ Christensen “I Love This Boat” and 164’ Trinity “Amarula Sun”. Bryan has done some extensive travelling in Europe, Caribbean, Bahamas and Florida and brings a lot of water toy experience. In his spare time, he thoroughly enjoys photography, rock climbing, and his passion of the outdoors.

JEFF PRICE | CHEF
Jeff brings with him a vast amount of experience running his own freelance business working with extremely high profile clients and Heads of State. He started cooking at the age of 14 in a small town north of Toronto, Canada and trained originally as a culinary chef and as a pastry chef. From then he has traveled the world on luxury yachts, estates and private islands both cooking and teaching- he would be more then to show you anything you would like to cook! In his free time Jeff enjoys diving, shopping, eating out, listening to music and socializing with friends.

ANDREW MEADOR | Deckhand
Born in south Florida and raised in the deep woods of Virginia and North Carolina. Andrew was heavily involved with his boy scout troop, a youth leader at his community church and a fanatic for being outside. Andrew served as an active duty member in the United States Coast Guard. He was trained as an ice rescue swimmer and maritime law enforcement officer on the great lakes. After serving his contract he decided it was time to thaw out and so he took his talents to south Florida. Andrew still loved being on the water and wanted to continue that path, which is what led him to yachting. Andrew has been onboard SUGARAY for one year now and is loving every minute of it. He now spends his past time out with friends, making memories that will last a lifetime. His boisterous and outgoing personality provides a great vibe onboard, he’s always there to boost the morale and make sure that everyone is having the time of their lives.
