MATAU Yacht Description

Matau's supreme comfort is the perfect platform to have an epic adventure or to unwind and relax surrounded by the most beautiful places on Earth.

Matau has accommodation for eight in one king and three queen en suite cabins. Exceptional is the word for the king-bedded master stateroom with an en suite bath as large as the guest cabins and the luxury of a full-size Jacuzzi tub.

There are so many choices on deck the trampolines, aft deck, bridge deck, the teak beach, and broad steps aft (very easy water access) that everyone will find their own favorite spot.

Offered by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht MATAU is a 75 ft sailing catamaran. The most attractive features of MATAU are her well-chosen interiors and experienced crew. MATAU spends the season in Greece. She was delivered by the famous yacht builder Privilege in 2006. The well-planned yacht layout features 4 large cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

MATAU is presented primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the meals are served. The tasteful cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. Multiple portholes connect you with the outside world.

The sailboat features Engine Type: Turbo diesels 315 horsepower each Generator Type: 2 Onan 22 KW each engines and a generator.

MATAU accommodates 8 guests in 4 queen en suite cabins.
The queen master cabin has a large en suite head w/ jacuzzi tub & separate shower.

Chef Mark Stanzione - With experience in American, French, Italian, Cajun, and Korean fare, as well as 10 years of private chef and restaurant experience, he will meet the highest expectations of the most discerning guest.

Chris Newton (Mate) - Our resident watersports expert will also amaze you with his knowledge of ornithology and ichthyology. He developed an interest in the outdoors and the ocean in his formative years. Having grown up in Namibia, he has always been surrounded by nature and so has a great appreciation for its delicate beauty. This respect was further developed through his diving career in Fiji as well as his 8 year sailing career.
