Captain Nikos is a very experienced captain and his love for not only the sea in general but also for water sports is remarkable. His ability to adapt and provide solutions in difficult circumstances makes Captain Nikos the core of the successful operation onboard m/y OXYGEN 8. He holds a speed boat license from 1986 and a skipper licence from 2000. With his vast experience he can comfortably navigate and operate the yacht to any destination that his charterers request taking always in consideration the safety and wellbeing everyone on board. Lastly, he has an excellent knowledge in water skiing and masters scuba diving. He is eager to start his season on m/y OXYGEN 8 and make client's vacation in Greece and unforgettable experience.

Description:

Moris is the right hand of captain, they have great relationship and can cooperate to the fullest as they are father and son. They love working together and they can have smooth cooperation with the other crew too. Moris loves the sea as in his early life it was the only incentive that he had due to the fact that his father always talked about her and the yachts. He was motivated from young age and always willing to know more about this work field. He is very experienced despite the fact that he is young. Moris can help guests with everything they want and ensure their safety. He is very organized and has worked before at this post. At the same time he is well prepared for everything and m/y OXYGEN 8 is very lucky to have him onboard. in his spare time he likes swimming and travelling.

A graduate of OTEK with a Culinary Degree, he has honed his expertise in diverse roles across renowned establishments in Greece, including 5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, and luxury yachts.
Throughout his career, Igor has demonstrated exceptional leadership and culinary creativity, serving as Executive Chef at prestigious venues. His tenure as Sous Chef at the Royal Myconian Collection and Lefkes Restaurant further solidifies his reputation for delivering outstanding cuisine and elevating guest experiences.
Igor possesses a deep knowledge of food hygiene and safety, supported by certifications and extensive training, including 50 hours of seminars with E.F.E.T. His culinary repertoire is further enriched by his mastery of pastry arts and experience in kosher cuisine, reflecting his adaptability and versatility. In addition, his understanding of management principles, gained through 70 hours of specialized seminars, equips him to lead teams effectively and maintain seamless kitchen operations.
Known for his passion for continuous growth, Igor actively participates in training programs and explores new cuisines through travel. His commitment to innovation, excellence, and guest satisfaction makes him an invaluable asset in any culinary endeavor.
