NEW HORIZONS yacht is a 46.00 ft long sailboat catamaran and spends the summer in Greece and winter season in Greece. It was built by Lagoon in 2014. A refit was done in 2017. The yacht layout features 4 cabins and accommodates 8 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 2 queen cabins, 2 double cabins.

The sailboat features 2 x 45 Yanmar Onan 11kw engines and a generator.

Captain: David Donnelly

CAPTAIN – David Donnelly
David is a sailing enthusiast!!! He loves discovering new destinations and learning through his travels. He has spent most of his life sailing around the world. Sailing is a passion of his which is why he does it year round. He is currently in the Caribbean and will return to Greece for the Summer Season 2019. He has been sailing in Greek waters and the Mediterranean for the past 9 years. As a previous boat owner, his first priority is the safety of his guests and the proper maintenance of the yacht. Plus, he is a strong leader and works well with his crew. H is very detailed and maintaning the yacht in pristine condition is very important to him. David's goal is to make his guests experience around the Greek islands a memorable one. He speaks fluent English. This will be his first season on board New Horizons.

CHEF / STEWARD – Michael Kotsopoulos
This will be Michael's second year on board New Horizons. During this past winter he sailed with Captain David in the Caribbean and they received amzing comments from their guests. Their teamwork was outstanding! He is a passionate hard working well-mannered gentleman, with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. He will enchant guests throughout their cruise. He is full of enthusiasm and eager to please his guests. Michael loves cooking!!!! Michael really enjoys new challenges and being part of an inspiring team. He has learned to love and respect the sea. Driven by his love towards the sea he joined the leisure yachting industry three years ago. He assists the Captain with confidence in mooring and he is ready to take over any task that he addresses him with. His cooking skills are also quite advanced especially when preparing dishes of the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. He speaks fluent English and we are confident his meals with enchant you!!
