NAWAIMAA yacht is a 86.00 ft long motor yacht monohull and spends the summer in Indian Ocean and SE Asia and winter season in Indian Ocean and SE Asia. It was built by Azimut in 2008. A refit was done in 2016. The yacht layout features 4 cabins and accommodates 10 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 1 king cabin, 1 queen cabin, 2 twin cabins, 2 pullman cabins.
The motor yacht features 2 x 1500 MTU engines and a generator.

Special Conditions
1. Contrary to Clause 8 The Charter Includes - Meeting Guests on Arrival at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (Male’ Airport). - Transfer of Guests from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport to and on completion of tour from Yacht to Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. Full board Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (menu requests must be confirmed no less than 48 hours prior to charter embarkation). Welcome drinks on arrival. / Diving: 1 free dive per week per guest to be pre-planned. (Tank‐Air Filled, Weights, Mask, Snorkel and Fins provided, other equipment available on rental). / Water Sports – Non‐Motorized – Kayak. / Special Barbecue Dinner on the Beach of a Sand Bank or Virgin Island – once a week (weather Permitting based on weekly charter). / Sightseeing Visit to Inhabited Rural Island – As per guest preference (to be pre-planned). / Wifi Internet where available. Chargeable Services (Extra to the Charter Price) Communications where applicable / bar & soft drinks / anything not specifically included in the charter fee.
2. All children must be under the direct supervision of an Adult in the Charter party at all times
3. Use of a personal craft is only permitted subject to the operation having the appropriate license and meeting with local regulations
4. Overnight charters understand that the yacht will be on anchor prior to sunset and until after sunrise.
5. Smoking is only permitted on the transom
6. Crew gratuities are customary but given at the Charterer’s discretion

Captain: Mohamed Rasheed
Captain: Mohamed Rasheed (Matte) – Maldivian
Matte grew up on the shores of the Indian Ocean and spent his childhood sailing the Inner atolls. Upon completing his education, he started working on sailing yachts in 1999. He later switched to Motor Yachts and during his 16 years in the industry he has worked on board the prestigious yachts. He joined Nawaimaa when she was being built. Matte prides himself on keeping a safe world class yacht, with a competent and motivated crew ready for the pleasure of hosting guests.
First Mate: Abdulla Abbas – Maldivian
Abdulla is a new crew member onboard Nawaimaa but brings with him years’ worth of experience gained from 2 previous yachts and a great deal of experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht, Even though Abdulla is available 24 hours a day to deal with engineering issues, he is also always willing to assist with any activities. Abdulla grew up spending lots of time on the water with his family and is a lively and energetic member of the team. As well as his keen interest in engineering works and he enjoys various water sports. Abdulla brings with him a keen sense of humor and is a good-natured enchanting character. He loves anything to do with engines!
Chef – Rasika Upendra – Srilankan
Rasika is a new addition to Nawaimaa having worked onboard small yachts. Before yachting, Rasika worked in several high profile restaurants in and around Maldives, picked up the necessary skills to ensure guests are both entertained and safe whilst enjoying his gourmet. Coming from a family of Chefs, this profession is second nature.
Steward – Kodippilige Ashen Ranushka - SriLankan
K. Ashen Ranushka is a new crew member onboard Nawaimaa but brings with him years’ worth of experience gained from many Luxury hotels and resorts. He’s worked with a cruise line since 2016, and is dedicated to ensuring his guests don’t want for anything and it’s something he takes very seriously. He enjoys the hospitality industry and is attentive to guests at all times which is very characteristic of the Nawaimaa crew members. With his approachable and cheerful manner, he aims to elevate the guest’s experience.
