As master of the vessel, Dražen’s primary focus is the safety of the guests and crew. Responsible for leading snorkeling tours, leading and instructing people in parasailing, working as a Wave runner instructor in accordance with Croatian Coast Guard maritime law. His myriad duties range from navigation to accounting, planning and managing charters, to the overall management of the yacht and crew. Delegation of responsibilities is essential. He encourages a service-oriented daily work ethic among the crew while maintaining just the right tone of formal or casual ambiance aboard as desired by the guests. His unparalleled, worldwide experience will impress even the most well-traveled clientele.

Former football player who fell in love with cooking and decided to live his dream. Josip was born in Croatia, in the city of Metković where he grew up. Once he graduated with his chef certificates, he worked in various types of restaurants, which has given him a certain rigor at work, and knowledge of many different kinds of food. Those different experiences have allowed him to improve his skills preparing fresh Seafood, Mexican and Asian food. He is responsible for a high standard of food quality, hygiene, health and safety. He attends to the wishes of his clients when planning menus, always making sure that all food at the point of delivery is of the highest quality

ANTONELLA SKORIN

Antonella has recently been working on boat rentals and drive excursions for guests and travelers; and a few years before that she worked in both tourist shops and restaurants. She has a sincere passion for working on board yachts and is a very kind and pleasant person. Her aim as a stewardess is to please her charter guests and do her part to establish a care-free and happy holiday environment for them to relax and enjoy their time on board M/Y LADY LONA.
