Sail and work experience
Andrea originally hails from Venice. He has been in the hospitality industry for over a decade and has a vast amount of sailing experience. He began as captain of S/Y DARDER completing four years of regattas in the Adriatic. Since then he has clocked up over 50 000 nautical miles including three
Atlantic crossings. He has cruised in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and East Africa. He is passionate about his guests, wanting as much as possible to share the joy that he finds in sailing. Andrea is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French.

Job description
As Captain the overall running of the vessel is Andrea’s responsibility; this includes the navigation, safety and experience of all onboard. He ensures that KALLIMA runs smoothly and efficiently whilst adhering to all the appropriate regulations.

Morgane Harinkouck

Deckhand/Stewardess French/British – 25

Sail and work experience
Morgane has had an unusual route into the sailing world, beginning her career as a Junior Client Executive in Paris. Her first sailing job came as a deckhand/stewardess on M/Y EC 4, where she worked for two months in the Caribbean. Following that she performed a number of roles aboard
the S/Y EC ONE, receiving high end day charters in the area. She then spent a brief hiatus working at a Surf House in South Africa before returning to the sea aboard S/Y NEYINA. She completed a busy season of charter in the Mediterranean and now finds herself aboard KALLIMA. She is an advanced scuba diver and a passionate free diver and traveler. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish

Job description
Responsible for organization, management and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to any and all guest trips. In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. She offers a particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit. Thanks to her sailing capability, she can assist on deck during navigation. She is responsible for the management of the deck as well as any watersports activities.
