Captain Justin grew up on the Gulf Coast in Orange Beach AL. From an early age, he was on the water fishing and running boats. Starting with a 25ft Grady White and working up to a 48ft Hatteras, Captain Justin learned the ins and outs of not only running boats, but also care and maintenance. Working through college at his parent’s boat dealership, he became a certified outboard and electronics technician. Then moving into boat sales, it gave him the opportunity to start running boats part time for customers taking them fishing and cruising. He has been full time with Incognito for the past 3 years, first on the original 45 fly and then picking up the current Incognito, a 2016 Sea Ray L590 Fly from the factory in Oct 2015. He has spent the past three seasons in the Bahamas fishing and exploring the Abacos, Exumas, and Elthuras.

Mate / Deckhand:
Stevie Lynn grew up along the Alabama Gulf Coast and have always had a passion for the water and boating. Being the baby in my family to all boys, he didn't had much of a choice as they have been taking him along on all their boating adventures for as long as he can remember. Fishing is his favorite hobby. There is nothing better to him than a day on the water with a rod in his hand. Coming from a large family and he is extremely family oriented. He has a strong love for children and animals. He was a nanny for many years and currently is the president of an animal rescue in Alabama. He decided to start working in the boating industry around 2 years ago and would never look back. He enjoys every moment and meeting new people along the way!
