Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like DUCHESS, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€7,000 - €11,200), making the charter cost €35,000 to €39,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

A Greek national, he holds an Unlimited Captain’s License and is known for his precise navigation, strong safety culture, and excellent leadership of multinational crews. His background includes senior roles on renowned yachts like Maltese Falcon, TUEQ, and Lady Sarya, as well as Chief Officer posts with TUI Cruises. Calm under pressure and detail-driven, Captain Vassilis ensures flawless operations, from guest service to island exploration.

Constantinos Barba / Deckhand
Constantinos is a seasoned deckhand and steward with nearly 30 years of hands-on yachting experience on vessels up to 76 meters, mainly as Bosun. A Romanian national fluent in Greek and conversant in English and Italian, he is known for his reliability, versatility, and deep knowledge of deck operations, water sports, and guest support. Constantin has worked extensively throughout the Mediterranean and brings a meticulous, guest-first approach, honed on both private and charter yachts.
