Captain ~ Mustafa Kemal Üstündağ (Turkish)
Mustafa is 29 years old and born in Bodrum, Turkey. He grew up in Bodrum and graduated from marine school with yacht masters degree. He speaks very good English. His love for sailing and yachting began when he was a child and his career within the industry has continued more or less unbroken since then, where he started working on yachts as junior deckhand then became senior deckhand and able seaman whilst studying to be a Yacht Master.
He is a qualified commercial yacht master upto 500 GRT. He has been with the current owner of S/Y Dragon Fly since 2013 . Previous to Dragon Fly he has served on a variety of large charter yachts including S/Y Carpe Diem 4 and S/Y Carpe Diem V, both 47 meters mega gulets. Mustafa’s hobbies include sailing, reading and scuba diving.

Chef ~ Hüseyin Elgün
Hüseyin born and grew up in Izmir, a city famous for its many authentic local dishes. He speaks English, with over 15+ years in the hospitality industry he has built up a wealth of culinary experience. He creates excellent cuisine samples and can customize a menu for any occasion or dietary preference. He is passionate about his work and prides himself on perfection, consistency and exceeding guests’ expectations.
He is the winner of 2012 Marmaris Yacht Charter Show cooking skills contest. He is well experienced at Seafood, meat, fish, appetisers, snacks, poultry such as chicken and turkey, pastries, desserts, Aegean cuisine especially olive oil based dishes with vegetables, as well as Mediterranean cuisine, Greek cuisine, Cretan cuisine, Turkish cuisine, Italian cuisine, Far-east Cuisine, North Africa cuisine and Global cuisine.
When not in the galley, Hüseyin enjoys swimming, jogging,cycling, fishing, painting, and traveling.

Senior Deckhand ~ Doğukan Yağmurlu
Doğukan grew up by the sea in Marmaris. His love to sail started at early age and this led to a natural love of water-based activities. He graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" Aircraft and Aerospace Engineering and he has master degree in Research Engineering.
He speaks very good English, Russian and Ukranian. He holds advanced medical first aid certificate along with all the STWC certifcates.
Doğukan enjoys reading, sailing, football and learning new languages.

Housekeeping ~ Gülsen Etik
Gülsen born and grew up in Bodrum. She graduated from Anatolian Vocational High School - Yacht Captain class & finished Yalova University - Yacht management courses. She worked at private boats as an intern and as a housekeeper she worked on M/S White Soul, 38 meters Deluxe gulet. She is working for Captain Mustafa and Dargon Fly since June 2017. She speaks intermediate level English.
Gülşen enjoys reading, all kind of sports and meeting new people.

Engineer ~ TBA New engineer will join the Dragon Fly in April.

Stewardess ~ TBA A Croatian nationality stewardess will join the Dragon Fly beginning of the season.
