Captain: Albert Arencibia

Albert Arencibia - Captain

Captain Albert is Cuban American and has had a love for the water since the young age of eight. His passion for the ocean and helping others lead him to the US Coast Guard where he served for many years gaining exceptional operational, navigational, and searchrescue experience on vessels ranging from 44 feet to 110 feet. Albert was also a police officer, SWAT team member, instructor and translator for the City of Coral Gables. Since making the move across to luxury yachting, he has kept safety as his number one priority and ensures all his guests enjoy the highest level of service and professionalism. Albert has been actively working in the marine field for over 25 years with special severe weather training.

While his heart is with the sea, he calls the Miami area home and spends all of his free time with his two daughters volunteering at their school and scouts.


Nicholas Rebeil - Mate

Nicholas is native to Southern California where he has been around boats most of his life. Nicholas currently holds a degree in Fine Arts and Photography that fuels his passion to detail. He redefines meticulousness in everything he does from service and hospitality to yacht maintenance and operations. Nicholas is currently pursuing his Captain's license, as his enthusiasm to learn is unmatched.


Simon Croke - Deckhand

Simon in native to Australia but made the United States home in 1989. He grew up in the boating industry, learning all aspects of exterior maintenance and functionality. As a young man, he trained in surf rescue and traveled the world on an array of vessels gaining an in depth knowledge of boat construction and engineering. Simon has worked with Dr. No's ownership for many years and continues to find life on the water as his passion.

Linkie Marais Chef

Linkie is an accomplished chef, lifestyle expert and TV personality who has a passion for living life to the fullest. A native South African who became a US citizen in 2014, her culinary journey began in her Mom’s kitchen and continued when the family moved to Tupelo, Mississippi during high school. She learned the art of cake decorating and catering while working for a local caterer, thus sparking her interest to pursue a degree in culinary arts at Mississippi University for Women.
She went on to work in the Ole Miss catering department where her talents as a pastry chef were fully realized. Brides sought out her beautiful and delicious wedding cakes. She moved to Boston as a celebrated wedding cake artist making cakes for the Kennedy clan as well as Franki Valli and other celebrities.
In 2012 she competed against 1000s of other contestants to be on Food Network Star Season 8 and came away with many loyal fans and followers. As a culinary partner of the Big Green Egg she has travelled the country cooking and teaching on the EGG among other grills. She is a frequent guest chef on many of the local stations and a participant in food and wine festivals throughout the country.
The “Living Linkie Style” brand encompasses food, fashion, decorating, and entertaining. Her award winning, bi-monthly TV Show, “Living Linkie Style” airs in Massachusetts and celebrates each season with recipes and lifestyle tips.
