ALMA Yacht Description

Advertised by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht ALMA is a 61 ft sailing catamaran. The promiment features of ALMA are her impeccable styling and fantastic layout. ALMA spends the summer and winter season in Greece. She was delivered by the well-known ship builder Fountaine Pajot in 2022. The expansive yacht layout features 5 cozy cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.

ALMA is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The yacht layout radiates from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is expansive, with a comfortable dining and seating area and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The modern cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). Multiple portholes connect you with the outside world.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailing catamaran like ALMA, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,970 - €8,698), making the charter cost €29,820 to €33,548. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain Panos Gkikas

Panos Gikas is a fully licensed captain from the Greek Merchant Marine and one of the most experienced charter yacht skippers in Greece. The sea is his second home and over the years has explored every corner of the Greek seas and knows the Greek Islands very well. His unrivaled experience along with his gentle demeanor and great sense of humor make him well loved and respected by all who have the pleasure of sailing with him. He loves sailing, swimming and fishing. Panos is 51 years old, married with one child and speaks Greek and English.

Chef Elisabeth S. Kyriakidi
Chef Elisabeth is a dedicated and passionate chef whose lifelong connection to the sea began in childhood, inspired by her father, a sailing instructor. Her culinary journey started in 2005, blending her love for cooking with her experience aboard sailing yachts. A graduate of the Le Monde Institute of Professional Studies with further training in Modern Greek Cuisine, Elisabeth has worked in both prestigious restaurants and on various charter yachts, including multiple seasons on Moya Catamaran. Her experience spans from cold and hot kitchen preparation to pastry and chocolate work, always delivering refined and flavorful dishes. With fluency in English and French, Elisabeth brings professionalism, creativity, and a deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine to Alma Yacht’s culinary experience.

Stewardess Dafni Alatari
Dafni is a warm and enthusiastic professional with over 10 years of experience as a stewardess on catamarans, many of which she has spent working closely with Captain Panos. Her deep passion for the sea, paired with her naturally caring nature, make her an exceptional presence on board. Having originally studied as a baby nurse and worked in several kindergartens, Dafni brings a nurturing, attentive approach to guest care. Her background in high-end hospitality — with years of service in fine restaurants and cafés — has equipped her with a strong sense of elegance, discretion, and impeccable service standards. Dafni is known for her friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to fulfilling guest expectations with precision and a warm smile. When not onboard, she enjoys sailing, scuba diving, reading, and training — passions that reflect her active lifestyle and love for the sea.
