He studied Shipping and Travel& Tourism. His Naval Education included the MCA/RYA Offshore Yacht Master, National Sailing Offshore Diploma and Greek Coastguard powerboat certification(up to 24m). Also, he is certified of «GMDSS/GO», «Medical Care», « Medical First Aid», «STCW/95 B. Safety Course», «Crowd & Crisis Management Ro/Ro Passengers», «Survival at Open Seas», «PADI Open Seas Scuba» and «IATA/UFTA F. Diploma».

Stella Katse chef, with a lot of culinary and creative talent especially in Mediterranean cuisne.
With her passion with the sea, she accompanying their guests at an amazing gastronomical trip with tastes smells and pictures of hundreds of Greek and Mediterranean foods!
From her childhood, she loves cooking something that led her to investigate new recipes, new styles, new ingredients.
She cooks Greek and international food, vegetarian or vegan, always adding her personal touch to the most traditional recipes. Her academic knowledge in nutrition and health is often reflected in her kitchen.
She uses mainly the local, fresh and healthy ingredients of which she is inspired to give free passage to her creativity, giving to her guests a walk through the different senses: smell, sight, hearing, and taste.
She has a cheerful character, she is generous, communicative, professional, discreet, organized and fast. Her attentive nature with those around her makes each one feel pampered with the greatest respect.
She speaks fluent Greek and English.
Steward/Deckhand Phoebus Arvanitis
Phoebus is a cooperative and eager young sailor who will look after you with professionalism and courteousness to make sure you will have anything you need. His calm and alongside cheerful character will make you feel comfortable around him.
Phoebus is in his senior year of studying mining and metallurgical engineering in National and Technical University of Athens. He is in the possession of Skipper's and Motorboat diploma as long as a Lifeguard's diploma and First Aid Certificate. He speaks fluent Greek, English and German.
He has great computer skills and many free time occupations such as windsurfing, brazilian jiu jitsu, skiing, fishing and playing the guitar. He loves travelling the sea and is keen on a variety of water sports.
