GOOD VIBRATIONS L62 yacht is a 62.00 ft long sailboat catamaran and spends the summer in Caribbean Virgin Islands and winter season in Caribbean Virgin Islands. It was built by Leopard in 2002. A refit was done in 2018. The yacht layout features 4 cabins and accommodates 8 guests. The cabin arrangement is following: 4 queen cabins.

The sailboat features 2x Yanmar engines 4LHA-STP, 240hp each 2 Generators as follows: (1) 20KW Northern Light generator (1) 12KW Generator engines and a generator.

Accommodation

GOOD VIBRATIONS can accommodate up to 8 guests in private cabins, each guest cabin has a queen size custom made mattress for a great nights sleep. Each guest cabin has an ensuite bath with electric toilet, vanity and stall shower. Headroom in the cabins as well as the main salon are slightly over 8 feet. The yacht is fully air conditioned for clients comfort.

Captain: Dave Scallan

Molly grew up moving around every 4 years (Toronto, Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Fairfield County, NYC & Atlanta) until age 12 where she moved to Boston where her parents grew up. It was at Summer camp as a pre-teen in Maine that she fell in love with sailing and cooking. She went to Sailing camp in the BVI at Sail Caribbean for three summers in high school where she learned to cook and sail on 50 ft yachts. After high school, she was the Office Manager at Sail Caribbean in Tortola and then went to College in Florida and majored in Critical Media and Cultural studies with a minor in film. After she graduated with her bachelor's degree, she lived in NYC for 6 years working mostly in Entertainment, including over 4 years as a celebrity assistant and chef to LuAnn on the Real Housewives of NYC and worked for Vogue and Elle Magazine. In 2016, she decided to go back into the Yachting world to be a yacht chef and has done over 50 charters in Europe and the Caribbean. During that time, she decided to get her Skipper license and has her RYA Yachtmaster Coastal Certification. She moved to LA for a year and was the celebrity assistant and chef to famous director Judd Apatow and A-List actress Leslie Mann. Last year, she did a full Winter season as a yacht chef in BVI. With her bubbly personality and smile,
she will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best week ever and never go hungry! Molly is looking forward to returning to her favorite place in the world (the BVI) and to work on Good Vibrations.

Captain Dave Scallan comes from a small town in the south east coast of Ireland where, thanks to his parents’ love for the water he was introduced to yachting and everything it related too. His natural love for the water life, he sailed and raced dinghies all through his youth and became a sailing instructor. He worked in Ireland, the US, Spain, Croatia, Greece, Italy, France, Thailand and Cambodia, sailing the world. From charters to yacht deliveries.

But it was the charm and lifestyle of the Caribbean that called him to stay for the last four years. Here is where he feels he can share his Good Vibrations with you all. Dave has a fun personality, always ready to take the day and make the most of it. Adaptive to your needs, and imagination to make your trip one of a kind, He brings his strong experience and larger than life personality to make for a vacation that you will never forget.
